We are completely flexible. We can bring a full mobile studio directly to your office, set up at a specific outdoor location, or arrange a private, professional studio space in New York City for your team.

We are highly adaptable. A standard medium-sized conference room (roughly 12 by 15 feet) is usually perfect. If space is tight, we can scale down our footprint, or if you want an environmental office background, we will work with you to find the best angle in your lobby or open workspace.

This happens all the time. If we are shooting a large team over two days, they can simply step in on the second day. Otherwise, we can easily schedule a makeup session at a rented studio space, or arrange a follow up visit to your office in a few weeks or during a quarterly retainer shoot. Because we save all your lighting data, their new photo will perfectly match the rest of the team.

Yes. We carry full commercial liability insurance. We provide a COI to your building management team prior to the shoot date, which is standard protocol for most New York City corporate buildings.

You receive exactly what you need because you pay per picture, not per session time. For team headshots, each person picks their favorite photo right on set. If an employee or executive wants three different photos, you simply purchase those three. There is no limit to how many variations you can order.

Every final image gets our industry standard commercial retouching. We fix colors to match your brand and naturally clean up temporary skin blemishes or stray hairs. If you require highly complex photo manipulation or advanced retouching, that can easily be done for an additional fee.

Because everyone picks their favorite photos right on the spot, the files go straight to our editing team. We try to deliver as fast as possible, usually within a few business days. For larger volume shoots or projects requiring complex retouching, delivery can take one to two weeks.

Your company receives a standard commercial license for all finalized images. This allows you to use them freely across your corporate website, internal directories, press releases, and organic social media. If you plan to use the images for paid advertising campaigns, billboards, or need to transfer the files to a third party company, just let us know and we can easily provide an extended commercial license for those specific uses.

We take corporate privacy seriously. All image data and employee names are stored on secure servers that are regularly backed up. We provide private, password protected galleries for your HR team to manage and download the files safely.

We can provide professional hair and makeup artists on set upon request. For volume team days, we recommend booking a stylist for light touch ups to keep everyone looking fresh and keep the schedule moving smoothly.
